How I Try to Be A Light
A little about my style:
You can say anything you want to me in whatever manner you need to. I don’t care if you cuss, cry, laugh or yell. But I do care about the truth. If you don’t feel comfortable speaking on something yet, simply say so rather than lie. When you speak lies out, they begin to take root in your person. And creating self-trust is critical to growth.
You can ask or tell me anything. I am responsible for my own boundaries and will act accordingly. I won’t judge you for seeking answers or information.
I won’t tell anyone what you say or talk about (unless it is determined you may harm yourself or someone else). You, on the other hand, are free to talk about our sessions with anyone you choose.
I don’t keep written notes to eliminate any possible invasion of privacy; I will repeat things you say aloud during sessions to help me remember. I often open sessions with summaries of our previous appointment.
A little about my qualifications:
I began offering coaching when someone asked me to be one. I am a naturally deep thinker and enjoy conversations that a lot of people find uncomfortable. That being said - I am not a doctor nor (currently) hold any professional licenses. If you are seeking medical mental services, diagnoses, or therapies - I cannot offer that. Current clients of mine are working with both a licensed therapist and me.

Nuts & Bolts background: I have a passion for lifelong learning and voracious appetite for the whole range of experiences the world offers. Read more about me here - or feel free to ask me anything if you are trying to understand if my background and experiences will offer you what you seek.
