ABOUT ME

A little about Erin

Lover of black coffee, colorful light, and (very) long walks. The longest ongoing relationship she has had is one with running; she’s trained for and run everything from 5Ks to a full marathon. She’s lived a lot of life in a lot of different places, is the proud aunt of 8 nieces and nephews, and loves asking people “What’s your story?” After 20 years away, she planted some roots in her hometown of Saint Louis, Missouri, by purchasing and rehabbing a condo in an 83 year old building.

I’m a voraciously curious person.

I often joke I was a librarian in a former life. I have been reading and exploring ways to find peace and contentment in my mind, body, and spirit for over 25 years. If you desire, I will use that curiosity to help find resources that speak specifically to your place on your journey.

I’m a change cheerleader.

Change is hard! My native empathy, energy, and enthusiasm is well-suited to help encourage you as you choose and walk your path. As the eldest of four, I can likely attribute some of this to “big sister” energy.

I am passionate about seeing people.

Diving deep is my default state; I’m not afraid to go to those tense, dark, and confusing places. My goal as a coach is first and foremost to Bear Witness to my clients. I will work to see you in your entirety and hold a safe space for the full range of your emotions and challenges. I will also celebrate with you in full joy on your successes and breakthroughs.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Bear Witness

First, you will see all that you are now, without judgement. You will get curious.

  • Burn Away

Once you can see what you no longer want to be a part of your life, you remove it.

  • Be Remade

You choose which areas of your life to transform. Watch what happens.

Testimonials

“Erin has been a fantastic resource in my personal growth journey. The way she sees and understands my struggles and the feedback she gives hast truly changed who I am as a person for the better. Without her helping me over the past year, I would not have been able to grow to the point I’m at now. Coming from a place of depression, divorce, and helplessness to now being in the healthiest relationship with myself and my partner is a credit to her ability as a coach. Thank you, Erin. I owe you more than I will ever be able to give back. You have changed my life.”
