About Me
A little about Erin
Lover of black coffee, colorful light, and (very) long walks. The longest ongoing relationship she has had is one with running; she’s trained for and run everything from 5Ks to a full marathon. She’s lived a lot of life in a lot of different places, is the proud aunt of 8 nieces and nephews, and loves asking people “What’s your story?” After 20 years away, she planted some roots in her hometown of Saint Louis, Missouri, by purchasing and rehabbing a condo in an 83-year-old building.
I’m a voraciously curious person.
I often joke I was a librarian in a former life. I have been reading and exploring ways to find peace and contentment in my mind, body, and spirit for over 25 years. In my writing, I try to muse on hard topics, peeling back layers until I can find a core kernel that feels universal to the human experience. If you desire, I will use that curiosity to help find resources that speak specifically to your place on your journey.
I’m a change cheerleader.
Change is hard! My native energy and enthusiasm is well-suited to help encourage you as you choose and walk your path; my learned empathy from a wide range of life experiences and ongoing deep personal reflection makes it easy for me to practice compassion for your fears and hesitations.
I am passionate about seeing people.
Diving deep is my default state; I’m not afraid to go to those tense, dark, and confusing places. I welcome conversations that many consider difficult. In coaching, my goal is first and foremost to Bear Witness to my clients exactly as they are and encourage them to embrace both their strengths and weaknesses. I hope to help people to embrace both their light and dark and thereby live their most authentic life.
